Electronics technician

Job description

In collaboration with other specialists, electronics technicians develop and create electronic circuits, devices and computer programs.
They participate in processing orders and projects, as well as in planning and monitoring manufacturing processes for electronics products and they draft technical documents such as production manuals for printed circuit boards.
They produce electronic devices or installations, carry out gauging and testing, commissioning or maintenance.

We are currently looking for an apprentice for the summer 2011 program

 

 

Apprenticeship duration:

4 years

Requirements:

-trial apprenticeship within our company
-place of residence within approx. 15 km of our
 company
-secondary school “A” program
-Basic Check or Multicheck technisch program
-able to work in a team and deal with conflict 
-perseverance, staying power, flexibility and
 ability to collaborate
-reliable, sense of responsibility
-technical interest, manual skills
-ability to think in the abstract and logically

Vocational college:

Classes at the vocational college in Uster take up 2 days per week. Attending the Berufsmaturitätsschule is an option.
